- Install our app from the Shopify App Store with one click. It uses OAuth (secure, approved by Shopify). When a customer orders a print product, the order automatically flows to our system. We print it, ship it with your branding, and sync tracking back to Shopify.
- What's the actual cost per book? What will I make?
- We show you the exact cost before you publish. Example: A 100-page coil-bound workbook costs about $12 to print. You sell it for $49. You make $37 profit per sale. A 200-page perfect-bound book costs about $16. You sell it for $59. You make $43 profit.
- Is this actually white-label? Will my customers know?
- 100% white-label. Your branding only. No inserts, no stickers, no "printed by" anywhere. The packing slip has your store name. Customer emails about their order? They email you. We're completely invisible.
- What if my PDF isn't ready for print?

- What page counts and sizes can you print?
- Pages: 24 to 500 pages. Sizes: 5.5×8.5", 6×9", 8.5×11", and custom sizes. Paper: 60#, 70#, 80#,or 100# text weight - uncoated and gloss coated. Binding: Coil (plastic or wire), Wire-O, Perfect Binding.
- How long does fulfillment really take?
- Production: 4-6 business days. Then shipping time (2-10 days USPS Media Mail, 2 days FedEx). Total: 6-8 business days door-to-door for most orders (with FedEx). Rush options available for time-sensitive orders.
- What's the minimum order quantity?
- None. We print one book at a time as orders come in. That's the whole point of print-on-demand. Customer orders 1 book? We print 1 book. Customer orders 10? We print 10. No bulk minimums ever.
- Can I update my PDF after it's live?
- Yes! Upload a new version anytime. New orders print with the updated PDF. Simple as that. Fix a typo? Update a chapter? Just upload the new file.
- Do you offer volume discounts?
