Is printing included in the plan?
Printing is not included in the plan. After uploading your print ready file, you will have the opttion to configure the product specifications. At that point, you will be presented with all of the available pricing options for that specific book. We bill for prining on a metered basis weekly or if your billing threshold is reached.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the end of your plan billing cycle.
If printing isn't included, why have plans?
To say it simply, our plans are here to offer different levels of non-printing service. For example, someone may value speed more and want gaurantees, where others may value price more and want to wait. Gaurantees and expedited production do cost more - espcially when we enter our busy season where leadtimes can vary.
Do you offer a free trial?
No trial necessary! You can start with our free plan! We'll even send you a free print copy of your book!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for any plan. You only pay the monthly or yearly subscription fee + printing and shipping as orders are arrive!
