Cultivate Print is a family-owned, production-grade print-on-demand fulfillment
service based in Poulsbo, Washington. We specialize in short-run physical books

We are application-only. Creators apply, we review their audience and product fit,
and we onboard selectively to ensure we can serve each creator well.

## What We Print
### Binding Types
**Coil binding (spiral)**
The most popular option for workbooks, curriculum, planners, and activity books.
Opens 360° and lays completely flat. Pages can fold back on themselves. Coil is
inserted and crimped on-site — we do not outsource binding. Available in black,
white, and gold coil colors.
**Wire-O binding (twin-loop)**
Double-loop wire binding done in-house. Professional finish, lays completely flat,
folds back cleanly. Preferred for cookbooks, premium planners, and journals. More
polished look than coil for retail shelf presentation.
**Perfect binding**
Softcover square-spine binding. Best for books 80+ pages. Standard for trade
paperbacks. Not our specialty — coil and wire-o are what we do best.
**Saddle stitch**
Staple-bound booklets up to 64 pages. Good for short guides, zines, and thin
activity books.

We print on production-grade Ricoh Pro C7500 and C5300 digital presses — the same
machines used by commercial print shops. Not desktop printers, not consumer-grade
equipment. Full color accuracy, consistent output, commercial quality. Every book
is hand-checked by a team member before packing. If something is off, we reprint
it.

## How Fulfillment Works
1. Creator uploads a print-ready PDF. We review, set up the product, and confirm
pricing. Takes about one business day.
2. Creator connects their store (Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace,
Cultivate.shop, or Gumroad). Orders flow to us automatically.
3. When a customer orders from the creator's store, we receive the order, print
the book, hand-check it, pack it with the creator's packing slip, and ship it via
USPS Priority Mail directly to the customer.
4. The creator is paid by their store. They pay us wholesale cost per unit. There
is no platform fee, no monthly fee, no transaction fee.
**Turnaround:** 4–6 business days from file approval to ship. Rush available on
request.
**Shipping:** USPS Priority Mail. Typically 2–4 business days in transit.
Customers receive tracking. Most orders arrive within one week of purchase.
**White-label:** No Cultivate Print branding anywhere in the package. The packing
slip shows the creator's store name and return address. We are completely
invisible to the end customer.
